"I have received great feedback from Linda in class, in emails, in my community forum posts, and in my self-discovery session with her via Zoom. She's a great sounding board and asks probing questions that open additional doors to exploration and discovery. I have also enjoyed the student interaction in class and the more intimate break out groups where students are grouped by a common cognitive theme that centers on the discussion topic for that session. There's a great mix of professionals and enthusiasts with different typologies, and mutual respect and tolerance governs every interaction.
There's also abundant material, more than can be digested fully during the course, and zero pressure from Linda or my classmates. It's very nice to be able to ask important questions and explore answers together.
I work in upper management, and I've known for a long time that true leadership originates from within. InterStrength provides the right springboard for my own unprecedented personal growth and gives me the master toolbox that I can use every single day to understand, manage, and extend myself powerfully, professionally, and profoundly.
The InterStrength CORE Approach is really that good. The return on what I consider a lifetime investment is simply incalculable."
Mindfulness is the raising of our consciousness so that we are aware of our thoughts, behaviors, psychological needs and interactions. To become mindful we must understand and embrace all of these aspects of ourselves so that we can chose to create a life that is meaningful and in alignment with who we truly are, at our CORE.
The approach that we take to understanding human behavior, motivation and thinking processes are all part of the path for reducing conflict and living mindfully. Self-Discovery is a critical component as it allows for revealing and then ownership of innate natural patterns as well as those we have developed. Recognizing others preferred patterns, without judgment, is along the path of living mindfully as well.
"I feel so honored to learn from you and gain such wisdom and insight. You have no idea how impactful it has been to me as a professional as well as the teams I work with."
