Mindfully YOU™ Coaching
Let's work together to discover and then realign
with who you are at your core so you can live a mindful,
happy life free from self-judgement and false beliefs.
I will happily help you rediscover YOU, which will have exponential affects such as:
- Reduced Internal and External Conflict
- Improved Relationships
- Clear Path for Nurturing Yourself
- Unleashed Natural Talents and Skills
- Growth and Healing
Resolving Internal and External Conflict
The first step in resolving conflict is to have a deep understanding of yourself. Why do you do what you do? How do you prefer to communicate and interact with other people? What are your thinking processes? The journey you are about to embark on will help you discover these answers so that you can gain a deeper understanding of who you are at your very core. The second step in resolving conflict is to have an understanding of others. Once you’ve gone through the process of understanding yourself you can then open up to receive information about others and answer similar questions about who they may be. Just by simply having an understanding that not everyone interacts in the same way, why they do what they do or think the same way, is enough to help you shift the way you interpret their verbal and non verbal communication.
Self-Discovery
As we go on this journey of Self-Discovery we will identify your core preferences, drives, behavior and thinking patterns so we can consciously center and realign to be our very best self. During this Self-Discovery Process we are going to look at multiple models of personality patterns that have been around for centuries. Using these models in the Self-Discovery Process will help us identify what is at our core as well as a path for development and agility. Each model, or lens as we often call them, sheds light on our human complexity and helps us see clearly what drives us and how to get back in alignment with who we are and what we need in order to feel psychologically whole and fulfilled and live a happy, mindful life.
What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is raising of our consciousness so that we are aware of our thoughts, behaviors, psychological needs and interactions. To become mindful we must understand and embrace all of these aspects of ourselves so that we can chose to create a life that is meaningful and in alignment with who we truly are, at our CORE. The approach that we take to understanding human behavior, motivation and thinking processes are all part of the path for living Mindfully. Self discovery is a critical component as it allows for revealing and then ownership of innate natural patterns as well as those we have developed. Recognizing others preferred patterns, without judgment, is along the path of living Mindfully as well.
We are being mindful by bringing the unconscious internal operating systems, or unconscious automatic ways of being that drive our behavior into our consciousness. The unconscious operating systems come from many sources- our upbringing, life conditions, traumas, stages of life and many other areas. Some of the most significant unrecognized internal operating systems we have come from the core of our personality. They show up as tendencies, patterns and inclinations that have been with us since birth. When we become aware, or bring into consciousness, these systems we can arrange our life to be in alignment with these systems and also learn how to flex and make space for new behaviors. Once we become conscious of our operating systems, it allows us to detect the underlying rules of some of the most complex aspects of ourselves which in turn creates a roadmap for living in harmony with ourselves and others. Identifying these “rules” that lie within us allows us to learn how to satisfy deep core needs and drives, how to engage our natural talents to get those needs met and make space to set our needs aside when needed.
I work with you, as a partner, to bring this newly discovered blueprint of who you are into daily practice.
